Questions about the harness

To find the right size for your dog, you can use our size chart and harness size calculator on the product page. You can find both directly on the respective product page under the "Add to Cart" button. There are also sample sizes to help you compare sizes. If you need further assistance, just send us an email to info@elmorio.de . We're happy to help!

We currently have all the colors you see in the shop in our range. However, we are constantly expanding our color selection. If you have a specific color in mind, please let us know. The most requested color will be considered for inclusion in our range. We welcome your suggestions!

Yes, the harness is softly padded all around, even the buckle, and therefore offers maximum comfort.

It's important to clean the harness regularly, especially after outdoor play. Simply rinse with clean water to remove any dirt. For more thorough cleaning, we recommend hand washing in a basin with a little soap or detergent. To protect the material and buckles, avoid using the washing machine or fabric softener.

Questions about adjusting the harness

The harness has two buckles that make it easy to put on. Pull the harness over your dog's head, place the side with the logo and buckle ends facing up on the back, and then connect the Y-shaped side to the top ends on the belly.

Be sure to watch the required one minute of our videotutorial until the end . There, we show and explain how to tighten or loosen the harness. Especially at the end, you'll see that the harness is even more adjustable than you thought. Don't stop watching the video before it's too late! Countless customers have found the videos extremely helpful and discovered that the harness is more adjustable than they initially thought. Be sure to try it out!

Questions about shipping

Here are our delivery times for all countries. You will also receive a tracking number to track your order. You can find this number in the shipping confirmation email.

We ship orders with DHL and Deutsche Post.

Yes, when paying in the checkout you have the option to specify a different delivery address than the billing address.

Tracking allows you to choose delivery options for your DHL parcel if you are not at home at the time of delivery.

Yes, the tracking option gives you the option to adjust the delivery date for your DHL parcel if necessary.

Exchange/Return

Is the dish too big or too small?
Be sure to watch our video tutorial ( www.elmorio.de/pages/videotutorial ) on how to easily adjust the size of the dishes. You won't regret it!

Otherwise, we'll be happy to exchange the harness or collar for you within the statutory cancellation period. Please inform us of your exchange ( info@elmorio.de ).
Additionally, for a smooth exchange, the harness or collar must be unworn (trying it on is OK, of course) and undamaged. This way, we can guarantee someone else a new, unused item.
Of course, you'll receive a new harness or collar in the correct size free of charge. We only ask that you cover the return shipping costs yourself. Please use the box, ensure it is sufficiently stamped as a parcel with proof of shipment, and provide us with the tracking number.
Once we receive the item, you will receive a new one as soon as possible.

No problem! You can cancel your order within the statutory cancellation period. It's important that you inform us of your cancellation ( info@elmorio.de ).
Additionally, for a smooth refund, the harness or collar must be unworn (trying it on is OK, of course) and undamaged. This way, we can guarantee someone else a new, unused item.
We only ask that you pay for the return shipping yourself. Please use the box for this, ensure it is sufficiently stamped as a parcel with proof of shipment, and provide us with the tracking number.
Once the product has arrived with us, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount as quickly as possible.
